If you’re an introvert, you are no doubt aware that the business world and ICT in particular is in high demand of extroverts. They can successfully manage events and easily share their thoughts and ideas on topics. 

Does this mean that introverts can’t build a successful career in the ICTconsulting world? The answer is no. The fact is that introverts possess qualities that extroverts do not possess. To succeed and prosper in this competitive world, you should focus on your strengths. 

During this session our keynote speaker will give some tips on how to increase your self-confidence, improve your communication skills, turn perfectionism into a valuable asset, help set boundaries and learn to recognize non-verbal communication. These will help an introvert succeed in different situations in life.

Speaker: After working several years in the recruitment & sales business Kristel Dufraimont started her own company, Linked2u. She works as a freelance recruiter for different companies, such as Hilti and Proximus a,d has a passion for people and coaching. Kristel is a licensed Insight Discovery Practitioner and a licensed sales & career coach. At this moment she focuses on coaching of high sensitive people. Besides being a dedicated, result-driven, positive person, people often say that Kristel is a great motivator and mental coach.
